I know I must be doing something really stupid, but I just can't seem to get
over this hump. I have a form with 2 unbound dropdowns and a subform on it.
As you move through the records, it populates the dropdowns through foreign
keys in the main form.
I have a search on a serial number, and it works, but I can't seem to get it
to change the unbound dropdowns to the current record, then when I try to
move to another record or close the form, it either wipes out all the data
for the record or changes it to the data that was in the record before the
search, even though I check the record to see if it's dirty and on the
response to whether I want to change the record or not, I say no
