active task is not found in task folder or to do bar

I changed the due date on an active task ifrom 10/20/09 to 10/29/09 in
Outlook 2007. Now I can't find the task. I've searched by every method, on
Outlook and my computer. It's not in Outlook delete folder. The task has
attachments within it.
