How to allow multiple selection capability in excel drop down lis.

I built the drop down list in excel. But, it is allowing only one item to be
selected from the list. How do I allow it to select multiple items? Thanks.

how did you make the dropdown list, with data validation, I am not sure
if you can have multi select with that,
