convsersion from 2000 to 2002 problem

I am running WXP Pro an recently upgraded Office 2000 to
Office 2002. Many little problems have appeared since
then.
When I run a Access report and specify RTF format, I have
to manually give it an OK to convert to RTF format.

How can I specify to convert aytomatically?
