What should i upgrade???

When using Visio, the computer makes use of a lot of hard disk access when
trying to copy a drawing to the clipboard. I am using windows 98, 15GB hard
disk, 64MB Ram

I'm not sure what version of Visio you are using, but 64MB RAM is not very
much for recent versions of Visio. Both Visio 2002 and 2003 use about 20MB
of memory for a completely blank drawing. Then add shapes to that. When
you copy to the clipboard, Visio actually creates a mini-document on the
clipboard to hold the shapes you are copying. Bottom line is that memory
gets eaten up quickly.

I would certainly encourage you to get more RAM. 256MB if you are running
either Visio 2002 or Visio 2003. More if you are making large diagrams with
several hundred shapes.
