Dates Formatting on Area Chart

Hi,

1. I have an area chart with monthly data as below

4/30/2001
5/31.2001,
6/30/2001
..........
1/31/2006

2. Howver, X-axis labels appear as 1/01/2001, 1/01/2001, 1/01/2003 .....

3. How can I get the labels to display as 12/31/2000, 12/31/2001,
12/31/2002?
In the Scale tab, it is automatically placing dates as 1st day of year,
rather than preciding 31st.
