How do I set the default font color in MS Project 2000?

Format menu, text styles. Then choose what you want to set. I believe this
is set on a per view basis, so I'm not certain that you could really call it
a "default" but if you set it in a common view (like gantt view) in your
global.mpt file it is about as close as you can get.
