Deleted outbox message and deleted it from deleted items

I deleted a message from outbox while working off line not realizing I also
deleted the message from deleted items. The message contained information
which can not be replaced. Is it possible to retreive the message?

Deleting a message from Outbox would put it in Deleted Items, not remove it
from Deleted Items. What type of account? If Exchange, you might be able
to use Tools>Recover Deleted Items. If you're using a PST, about the only
change you have can be found here:
