How do I make a mirror image of a picture in Publisher?

I have a great image of personified wind blowing. The blowing is coming from
the left blowing towards the right. I want the blowing from the right going
towards the left. Is this possible to do in Publisher? If so, how?

I'm not the OP but thanks!
I wish I'd known that years ago -- just never did notice it.
I've been flipping my images in Paint & pasting back in.
