How do I move the tooltip to the left on the 'Mouse with Tooltip?

I am creating a large table, where the last column contains 'notes'. I want
to show the contents of the 'notes' via mouse tooltips. I am using the 'Mouse
with Tooltip' shape, but in there the mouse is located toward the left of the
tooltip box. Since I need these 'mouseover'-s in the last column, I want to
have the tooltip show up toward the right of the mouse on the picture, just
as it would say on a webpage.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Try Shape > Rotate or Flip > Flip Horizontal.

Thanks! While this is an obvious solution, it did not achieve the desired
effect, sadly. In a real application/web-site, when the tool tip appears at
the right side of the page, the mouse arrow still points to the left, while
the tip appears on the left.

If I do the suggested transformation, the mouse arrow will point to the
right.
