My outlook storage is full and so cant send emails but need all the emails on
my outlook..they have avi files attached so very big. How do i put them on
onenote so i can delete them from outlook?

Archive these mails into one ore more dedicated PST in/with Outlook.

ON is good for 1001 things.
But it definitely is not a substitute for a mail-store.

One can send mails to ON from Outlook in order to have them in a certain
contetxt. But this feature is not meant for storing masses of mails.
And: Sending a mail from Outlook to ON does not include any attachments.

You have to solve the problem in Outlook itself.
There is a number of ways:
1.) Archive old mails (as Bernd suggested).
2.) Increase the spavce at the location where the *.PST files are
stored.
3.) Save the "big" attachments to a some other storage mediim and delete
them for the mail.

One thing I've found to be useful in OneNote re: archiving Outlook
emails is that when I find an item to be kept as reference -- a
technical bulletin, for example -- I send it from Outlook to OneNote
and then delete it from Outlook. OneNote's ability to index and
retrieve information on the fly is in my opinion vital to anyone who
has to look things up. I use this capability for my radio hobbies,
for my professional work as a tech support geek, and for just about
anything else you can imagine.

Actually, your statement about emails coming from Outlook not having
attachments is not accurate.

I have thousands of emails stored in ON and they all contain the attachments
they came with. The issue is, all the attachments are dumped into the
"C\Temp\OneNoteAttachments\" subdirectory, rather than actually filing them
in the notebook where you move the note.

Moving emails to ON is, in my opinion, a good idea as the emails can now be
stored in contexts that make them logical to find and, as in my case, part of
a larger body of information on a given subject.

I can see sending certain specific e-mails to OneNote, or linking to Outlook
e-mails from OneNote, but OneNote really isn't a great indexing system for
large volumes of e-mail. Besides, all of the modern versions of Outlook
already have an excellent search capability and a very deep folder
capability.
