How to draw QFD house of quality with visio

I would like to draw a QFD (Quality Function Deployment) house of quality
matrix. I wonder if Visio has a particular template for this purpose (or
under development)?

Yes, in Visio 2003 type "house of quality" into the shape search pane.

Hi, I found the template for QFD house of matrix in MS visio. But it does not allow me to extend more than 20 row and column. Could you please help me to extend it upto 32 column and 45 rows. In addition, how can I export it to excel as it copy where I failed to rewrite. I will be appreciated if someone help me urgently.
