I am working on a New Dell Optiplex GX270 running on
WindowsXP. We use PeopleTools 7.57. The user runs a sub-
program of PeopleTools called NVision. When she runs a
few Excel(2000) hangs. It's not always Excel. Sometimes
it's just NVision. I know what you're thinking, "Why not
bother PeopleSoft." -Well, when she was using a Windows
2000 PC, there were no problems. I've upgraded Windows
with all of the latest service packs and hotfixes, the
same for Office 2000.
PSNVS.EXE that is the porcess for NVision, which keeps
locking-up. Does anyone else have any experience with
this issue? If so, how was it fixed?
