external GUI

I am trying to use Excel to open an external application (a GUI) and transfer
some cell values to fields in the GUI.

Does anyone have a suggestion how to do this?

Hi xlnovice,

First off, I would suggest you post to one of the Excel groups (this is
an Access group) or contact the external application's producers (assuming
other than Microsoft and other than Access). Second, you need to provide
more detail, such as the name of that external application and how you are
attempting to accomplish your goal.
