Got message: PST(Personal Storage) usage is disabled on this compu

When tried to create a PST folder in Outlook, I got message: "PST(Personal
Storage) usage is disabled on this computer"

Don't know how to "enable" the personal storage in the computer.

Thanks a lot for any help in advice.

Ask your network administrator. The most likely cause of that message is that the admin has disabled PST access with a Group Policy Object or other registry setting.
