We have three groove client workstations in the US, Europe and China. We use File Sharing workstations to move files between offices. We are having a problem in that we can send messages and small amounts of data between sites but not larger files.
The US and Germany can send files back and forth no problem.
The US can receive files from China, send messages and small files but not larger files.
Germany can receive files from China, send messages and small files but not larger files.
In debugging the setups I noticed that the US and Germany both connect thru blugro4gms.groove.microsoft.com
Chine connects blugro3gms.groove.microsoft.com
Is it possible that the problem is caused by one of the relay servers?
