"import and export" option does't appear in "file" menu - Why?

I want to export contacts to outlook, but when i click on file, I don't see
"import and export" where it appears on everyone elses computer I've checked.
I get Data File Management . . ." "Achivie . . ." and "Backup" in that order.

I am perplexed

Try resetting the Menu Bar -- View | Toolbars | Customize.
