Outlook 2003 - Exchange 2003
One PA claimed her internal meeting request on behalf of the Manager (via
mailbox delegate) to User RONSEN (one-to-one with no other attendee) ended up
to user RONSAN mailbox. This error discovered more than one hour later, and a
resend was done when correct delivery was seen.
Both RONSEN and RONSAN are using Outlook 2003 but belong to different
storage groups.
Inspection of the original meeting request mail and the sender's calendar
tracking still clearly showed the wrong recipient, ie the "Required:" field
showed RONSEN but Properties showed RONSAN and the Tracking showed RONSAN as
Invitee.
Any advice to troubleshooting? Will MFCMAPI tool reveal more useful info?
Thanks
