When I insert PDF file into word, how I can keep the file name?

I'm using word2003, and needed to insert PDF file inside word docu.
usually I drag or use insert object menu.
and, it shows PDF icon.
Can I automatically keep PDF file name under this PDF icon in word document?

Insert the PDF using Insert > Object > Create From File. The default caption
(in this case) is the filename anyway; but you can change it by clicking the
Change Icon button -- this also give you access to the caption.

To change the caption for an existing icon: select it, then right-click and
select 'Acrobat Document Object'. The Change Icon button is available on
that dialog also.

I tried as you told.
but, after insert a PDF file, a PDF icon and "Acrobat Document" caption
appear.
this is the same when I only drag into word document.
and, when I insert and select "Display as icon" then caption is full path
including file name.
What I would like to do is to display automatically "icon" and "file
name"(this may be caption).
Thank you for the help anyway.

Regards.
