Internal Links on Internal E-Newsletter?

Using Outlook for an internal e-newsletter, I'm wondering whether there is
any way of including a hyperlink to a video clip stored on a shared drive,
not at an http address. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Sure. Insert-> Hyperlink and browse to the location of the file.

Note that all the receivers must have access to the location on that shared
drive as well.
