You may have a corrupted Mapi32.dll file. If you have access to your Office
installation CD, then please see the following Web page for instructions on
how to rename the Mapi32.dll and Mapistub.dll files so that Outlook will
replace them (hopefully with non-corrupted files from the CD) the next time
it opens:
