Outlook 2003 and Exchange (VPN) Error Message

Jeff

I just tried upgrading from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003. Once complete
I went to try and access my VPN and got an error message "a system
component, RPC, required by Outlook to connect to the email server is
not configured correctly".

Does anyone have any ideas or help for me. I have since restored with
a backup so am back to Outlook XP since I had to get to my work email!

Thanks

You are missing one or more of the following registry keys.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Rpc\ClientProtocols]
"ncacn_np"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_ip_tcp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncadg_ip_udp"="rpcrt4.dll"
"ncacn_http"="rpcrt4.dll"

Hey thanks...I have added those settings to the registry...I was
missing 3 of the 4...so I will re-install Outlook 2003 later and see
what happens.
