Wow,
I installed Office 2003 Beta2 on my Windows 2000 Pro
Machine after installing Front Page 2003.
Every time I try and start a Office 2003 product it states
that it fails and asks if I would like to start in safe
mode. It then fails and sends an error report and starts
detect and repair. Detect and repair goes right to work on
repairing Front Page 2003, WHICH WORKS! None of the other
Office 2003 components works, ie Word, Excel,
Powerpoint....
I ran the refresh when Front Page 2003 installed. When
Office 2003 installed it checked online and stated all
components where installed.
Critique, How lame is it for Microsoft to charge for a
Beta2 and direct beta testers to a general Newsgroup.
Standard obstinate Microsoft policy. With all the
technology you and I are trying to sell you dont seem to
use it your selves. Take a lesson from Fabrikam!
