Outlook 2003 read receipt - can I hide the send read receipt promp

Is it possible to hide the prompt, or prevent a user from stopping a read
receipt from going out? How much granularity is there in controlling this?
We'd like to send certain email to our employees and not have them stop the
read receipt process.

Select Tools > Options > Preferences tab > Email Options button > Tracking
button. Before I forget, the options at the bottom can be set by GPO.

Thanks for the info and the references. Unfortunately, the person who
receives the email can still refuse to send the Read Receipt. It looks likes
it isn't possible to do for our Exchange accounts.

I'm confused, are you saying that you set the GPO to always enforce the
returning of a read receipt and the user still is prompted about returning
one? Reason I ask is that setting this via a GPO should enforce the return
of a read receipt with the site* and disable the users ability to change it.
I've included the key below to ensure you/I are talking about the gizmo.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Options\Mail

Value: Receipt Response
Type: DWORD
Value: 0 - Always return a read receipt

Sorry for the confusion. I was under the impression that you could enforce
the ability to always send a read receipt but the user always had the final
option of stopping it. Looks like the user can't in this case. Good news!
Thanks for the help.
