I added a new hard drive to my existing computer. After loading Office 2007,
I tried to transfer my PST files from my old hard drive. I now get the
message - The File: Users\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook PST cannot
be found. I cannot get rid of this message or access Outlook. I have
uninstalled Office and reinstalled and still get the same message. Can
anyone help me with this issue

So how did you transfer the pst files, and where did you transfer them to?

When you see that message when Outlook starts, you should be given a browser
dialogue in which you can browse to and select the moved PST.
