The company I work for is wanting to create a better website then the one
they have now. They are using Publisher right now, but many other web
browsers like Netscape or Firefox, are not opening up the page right. What
would be the best product to create this site? We are also wanting to
eventually add videos to the website. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Normally I would suggest FrontPage but as of Office 2007, it will be a new
product and I have no experience with that. I intend to keep on using
FrontPage for a while. Until I am forced to upgrade.

I second that. I have used FrontPage for eight years now, so familiarity is
behind my recommendation. Besides the new product that JoAnn is referring
to, there is a new open source program called Nvu that is free.

Can I transfer my publisher file right to Front Page?

Nope - not at all. Publisher doesn't do HTML.

I understand that you would recommend Front Page. What I would like to know
is if FrontPage accept my publisher website?

While FrontPage can import the HTML from a Publisher website, the results
will never be satisfactory. The code is way too different. The best you can
do is to copy and paste your design elements from Publisher into FrontPage.
Perhaps Chuck can give you some tips about copying and pasting images and
text into FrontPage.
