When I rotate my shape my connections do not rotate

When I drop a Master shape onto a drawing, I often need to rotate or mirror
the shape so it looks right on the page. When I do, according to the
shapesheet, my connection points do not rotate with the shape, even though
they appear to on the screen. For example, a shape that is a vertical
rectangle would come from the stencil with connection points aligned in the X
direction (they have same PosX and different PosY positions). If I rotate
the shape 90 degrees, the shape should have the same PosY and different PosX
to accomodate the rotated geometry. But, according to the shapesheet this
does not happen. They continue to have the same PosX, even thogh the drawing
screen shows otherwise. How do I get the connection points as shown on the
shapesheet to match the appearance on the drawing page?

When you rotate or flip, only the Shape Transform section (the first
section) is affected. The rest of the shapesheet remains untouched.

For Rotation, the Angle cell in the Shape Transform section is non zero. For
flipping, the FlipX or FlipY cell are set to true.
