Greetings,

I am running Outlook 2K, Windows 2000 Pro.

Everything I start Outlook I get this error message.

CiceroUlWndFrame:OUTLOOK.EXE - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point RtlUnhandledExceptionFilter could not be located
in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll.
[OK]

I get similar message with other software especially on installations.

Any ideas would be a great help.

Thank you for any help you may give.

Nikki,

I went to;
http://hemmer.home.cern.ch/hemmer/KB/Articles/Q000018.htm
"CAUSE" This seems to be related to Office XP speech/handwriting
recognition.

"RESOLUTION" They can be disabled by going to Add/Remove Progams in the
Control Panel, Add/Remove Features-Office Shared Features->Alternative User
Input and Make unavailable Speech and Handwriting.

Ok, so I went to the Control Panel of my OS, Windows 2000 Pro. Version 5.0
(Build 2195: Service Pack 4) Nothing there about "Add/Remove
Features-Office Shared Featrues"

Thanks for the help. Now I have a better what I am looking for. More
searching at Microsoft and and other place, can't remember the name, that
watches bugs list.

Thanks again.
