Hi
Excel '97 SR2

This appears weird & I can't replicate every time.
Sometimes when I put the cursor over the Save icon the SaveAs dialogue
appears.
I'm not sure if I click a button or not.
The file isn't set as read only.

Is this meant to happen?

Is it possible that your mouse is faulty?

Doh!

Solved it - I had the control key pressed down which brings up the SaveAs.
