How to send bulk mail and personalize it

Does anyone know how to do this is Outlook? When I say "personalize it," I
mean hiding all recipients of the email with the exception of each individual
addressee receiving it. Like showing "Bob" on one email and "Sue" on the
other, but writing one email that goes out at one time. Can you help?

I think you're referring to the use of BCC. Try and see if that works for
you. Put all recipients in the BCC box instead of TO box.
