Status Report "unseen"

I sent a request out for a status report for a designated period. A status
report was submitted for a different period then what was requested. I am
not able to "see" this status report in the "unmatched" section even though
the home page tells me I have a response. Any other ways to view this?

Did you look in the Miscellaneous status reports section? The link in is in
the sidepane on the left.

I do not have that option available. Is that something I need to configure
