Strange behavior when using Microsoft Office Spreadsheet 11.0

Hi,

Im using Microsoft office spreadsheet on a form in Access 2003. For some
cells the .NumberFormat is set to string(i.e "@") for others it is set to
nummeric. The problem occusrs if the user edits a cell which has
..NumberFormat = "@"(string). When the users selects a cell, and inserts for
example(without quotes) "1.40000" and then hits enter. The numberformat for
that cell is changed from text to nummeric. Anyone know a workaround or fix
for this problem?
