0x800cccf4 and Yahoo

[Fast Help]

I'm using Outlook 2003 trying to connect to yahoo's http mail service.
Hotmail is sweet & works fine, as it should, however when I try to get my
mail via yahoo, thru Outlook, it fails with an 0x800CCCF4 error. I've fiddled
a lot to no avail. My UID and PWD stuff has been double checked as has all
the obvious stuff I can think of and I believe I'm using the correct Yahoo
Server URL in my e-mail accounts settings:
//login.yahoo.com/config/login?.src=www&.intl=ca&.done=http://ca.yahoo.com/

Please help if you can. I'm stuck.

Yahoo! doesn't have an HTTP mail service. It has a web mail service.
Different animal. The Hotmail HTTP account uses a protocol called WebDAV.
Yahoo! doesn't support that protocol. If you want to access Yahoo! via
Outlook you need either a Yahoo! provider that allows POP access to free
accounts (and yahoo.ca isn't one of them), a paid Yahoo! Plus account or a
tool like http://yahoopops.sourceforge.net/
