I am interviewing for a specialty pharmaceutical position and need to put
together a 30/60/90 day business for the next step in the interview process
and need to know if there is a general template that I can get somewhere.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

A 30/60/90 is simply your projected plans for the next 30/60/90 days...Just
outline your plans for the period...If your interviewing for a
pharmaceutical position you should be able to do this without need for a
    template....

Do businesses really do PLANS for that short timescale?

As a retired Management Accountant I've NEVER done a PLAN for that short
period. A Forecast, yes, but never a PLAN.

It all depends on the business I'm sure and it is probably mostly just used
in the retail sales industries...I had to sometimes write 30/60/90 day plans
    when I worked for Wal-Mart.
