Clear button for template

I created a template in Word Plus 2013 with date, name, and comment fill in fields. I copied frilds from other templates. I need a clear button to Clear the fields once i'm done, as to start over with a clear template. I'm a begginer at creating templates. So please give me the cut and paste version please. LOL

If you're using a template, the fields in it shouldn't contain any typed content. Any document you create from such a template should therefore be clear to begin with. If you need another document with cleared fields, simply create a new one from the template.
