Clothingmoney Monthly-Yearly Template?

Hi I'm searching for a kind of template for excel where I can put my
outgoings(clothes) for january or something. Where I can see how much money I
have got left from my monthly budget. And I also like to see my yearly
outgoings etc.
Is there something who can help me with this.
Because my mum wants to see what I buy from the money!
