Command button opens as form view want Datasheet view

I have a start up menu with a command button linked to a form as “open formâ€.
The form was created to open as “Datasheet viewâ€.
But, when I push the command button, it opens as “Form view".
Is there a way to have the button open as "Datasheet view" also?
