"Common Client User Session has encountered a problem"

[windows home XP: error message]

I recently installed cybersitter9. i set it to not filter
the aol instant messenger port as well as Outlook' port.
yet ever since I installed it I get this message when I
try to check email: "Common Client User Session has
encountred a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for
the incovenience."(It is one of those microsoft error
messages that offers to send a report to microsoft.) I
clicked on the view error info and it says: error
Signature: AppnameL ccapp.exe Appver: 2.1.0.610 ModName
ccemlpxy.dll ModVer: 2.1.0610.

I have a cable modem.

When I restart my computer it always fixes it.

I can be away from the computer all day, but when I
return and check email I might get that message or might
not..please help!
