In MS project 2003 we have difficulty link items from various subproject,
since the row is treated as a summary line when the subproject is inserted.
In order to link it would be nice to set a predecessor by link and line item
in link.

e.g. (1-354) as a predecessor would allow you to link multiple subprojects
and by specific line...

1= Line the Subproject in one (Summary) and 354 is the specific line in the
subproject. Multiple link (1-354,1-360,2-150) as predecessors.

If there is a way to do this already, then please let me know.....

You can expand the subproject (click on the + sign to expand) and then
create a link to any of the tasks within the subproject by dragging or using
the link tasks command.
