Datepicker is not included in runtime

In MS ACCESS 2010 I have a very very simple app to run a report for one of my customers. When I create a runtime to install on her PC, it does not include the datepicker that I am using for two fields (a from and to date). I believe on my developement PC it is the mscomct2.ocx reference. How do I get the date picker to work in the runtime release that I am installing on her PC?
