Difference between Windows address book and outlook cntact list

What exactly I need to know is that:

Is there any plug-in software for outlook that it AUTOMATICALLY gets back-up
from the contact list in a regular basis( like every night)?
to give more details, we are currently using windows address book, but have
plans to change to outlook contact list in our office, and currently there is
a software installed on the server of the office which gets backup from
windows every night including WINDOWS ADDRESSBOOK,
Now I want to know is there any way we have this AUTOMATIC back up system
for our outlook contact list as well?

P.S.: I know about back up in outlook, and exporting it to pst. or other
files.

You can back up your Outlook data file just as you would any other file, but
you would never export to do so. There is no separate "contact list" in
Outlook. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where
all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
