It's most likely an Exchange error. It's in the same number range for
Exchange errors.

Does it happen every time you sync?

I just started receiving this error as well. The full error message is:

Could not synchronize record: Calendar Item to Exchange server: [COMPANY NAME] (Rackspace)

Error: -18576

I can't sync my mail or calendar, but I can *send* mail. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Also, forgot to mention that our Exchange server is hosted by MailTrust (Rackspace).

Sounds like authentication errors on your server. I would contact MailTrust.
