Error 5450--msn.com backlog too large

Can anyone explain to me why when I send an e-mail it goes into the Draft
folder and won¹t send?

The error says:
Mail could not be sent using the account ³my account.²

And the explanation is:
Msn.com backlog too large to queue [domain may be overloaded or down]
Error: 5450

I guess I don¹t understand the relationship with my Entourage X mail app and
msn.com.
And I could not find Error 5450 in the on-line help pages.

How often does this occur if indeed it is temporary?

There is the explanation - the domain (msn.com) is overloaded or down. This
is usually a temporary state of affairs and will resolve itself shortly.
