ERROR - Failed to initialize Modeling Engine

I've done a fresh install of Visio 2002 Professional and when I select
Database Model Diagram, it gives me the error....ERROR - Failed to initialize
Modeling Engine.

I've tried many solutions, but none work... Anyone have an idea on what to
try? I'm not running Visio off the network, done a complete install, can't
think of what is the problem

Hi there,

Problem could be caused by security update KB947650.
Uninstalling this update through "Add and remove programs" could solve your
problem.

I don't have that update installed. The best I can say is that Visio 2002 is
at Service Pack 2 and XP is at SP2.
