Excel 2003 crashes when trying to send a workbook

Hi All,
When I do:
File > Send to > as attachement, Excel crashes and trying to recover the file.
It happens with all files. Here is the error:
AppName: excel.exe AppVer: 11.0.8307.0 AppStamp:49ee85df
ModName: unknown ModVer: 0.0.0.0 ModStamp:00000000
fDebug: 0 Offset: 00000024

Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem years ago but I don't think this applies to you. I
found this webpage that may help. It is on visio but I may be that you need
the Vista Service Pack

I also ran into a similar problem this week at work. My e-mail to a long
time to respond to an email. I found out that my email was set to Edit using
word and the email I receved was set to the same mode except my computer had
word 2003 and the person who sent the email had word 2007.

If you have vista or Excel 2007 has your email also been upgraded.

I use XP SP3 and not Vista. the office suite is 2003 and not 2007.
Any thoughts?

I think I 've solved the problem. It was a mixture of excel 2003 and 2007
installations that i had on same machine. Once removed the 2003 edition the
problem disappeared.
