Excel / Word creating and not removing tmp files

Hi there,

Excel/Word documents are saved on a network share on SBS2000.
Clients using Windows XP SP1 / Office 2003
When user accesses a worksheet / document this is creating .tmp files in the
same directory.
These tmp files are not being removed when the doc/sheet is closed and
client is then unable to access the file again
Latest SP's are installed for OS. Do you have any suggestions?
