When opening Outlook2003 the following message appears
(several times):

"Failed to load resource DLL C:\Program Fils\Common
Files\System\Ole DB\OLEDB32R.dll"

Uninstalling/Installing did not solve the problem.
Help--> Detect and Repair tool did not help too.
