Figure Error! No text of Specified style in doc.-1

I inserted a picture in Word (that included text) which I created in
Photoshop. On it's own, Word inserted what appears to be a caption below the
picture(with what appears to be a greyed reference field) that says "Figure
Error! No text of specified style in document.-1." I tried converting the
text to outlines in Photoshop so that it was no longer text, but the error
message/caption still showed up. Now every time I insert a picture in Word, I
get the same message/caption and there isn't even any text in these pictures.
How do I stop the error message from appearing? Thanks for any advice you can
give me.

Your caption is evidently trying to insert a "chapter number," but you
haven't applied to any of the text in the document the heading style Word
has been told to look to for the chapter number.
