Filter by Form/Apply Filter Command Buttons

Hi,

I've created Filter by Form and Apply Filter command
buttons for a form vs using the buttons in the toolbar.

The problem I have is when I click the Filter by Form
command button, the Apply Filter command button is grayed
out and not functional. How can I enable the Apply
Filter button on the form?

No button can be active when in FilterByForm view. You'll need to put them
on a Menubar or Toolbar.
