Getting Error: Access Unable to Load Database Schema...

I am creating data access pages and continue to get the
following error:

Microsoft Access cannot load the database schema. Save
has been disabled. Either repair or reinstall Microsoft
Office XP.

I have both repaired and reinstalled and still get the
error. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?
